Abysmal Failure

Yes, this is the full writen heritage of my long-ago trip to the land of the upstarts and strikes that exists in the public domain. I have note books (two of them) chock-full of postcard sized anecdotes, poetic postcards (in other peoples hands) and administrative documents - but these are of little interest to the normal peruser of "Innocence Abroad".

It should suffice to say, I had a truely remarkable time; this page is too narrow to contain it.
